Appointment Policies & Studio Guidelines

A non-refundable $50 deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Deposits may be transferred for emergency rescheduling situations when possible.

Appointments changed or canceled within 24 hours may be charged the remaining balance of the scheduled service.

  • Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your appointment time. Do not book other appointments right before your visit with us, and leave ample time to find parking.

  • Depending on how busy the schedule is Clients 10 or more minutes late may not be guaranteed their full service, but Kayla will do what she can in the time allotted and will charge for the full appointment. As a courtesy, Kayla will text clients at 5 minutes late.

  • KJAmore Holistics DOES NOT take walk-in appointments. Please book online and text if you have questions.

Confirmations

You will receive several text/email notifications prior to your appointment to move or change. Please use them to confirm or reschedule your appointment.

If you are not receiving confirmations, your booking was not saved in the system.

To guarantee you remember to attend your appointment, we also recommend you set your own alarms and put it on your calendar.

changes

Clients may move and change their appointments online only until 24 hours prior to their appointment.

Moves or changes within 24 hours require texting the spa.

Emergency moves may be able to transfer their deposit, whenever possible. Non-emergency moves will not.

cancellations

Clients will be charged the full appointment fee for all non-emergency cancellations within 24 hours of their appointment.

No Show/No Contact - will be charged the entire appointment fee. Clients are considered no show/no contact if they are late and Kayla reaches out first.

All appointments must be scheduled through the online booking system to ensure proper scheduling and availability.
